Terms and conditions and terms of use of camsforcams.com and cams4cams.com, hereinafter to be referred to as C4C.

By using C4C you are declaring to be over 18 years of age and to agree to the terms and conditions and terms of use as outlined below.

Any violation of the law of the Netherlands will be reported to the police.

You will not submit photos of people other than yourself. The placing of photos with or of children is strictly prohibited. C4C always reserves the right to change or remove images, profiles or other media.

The entering of personal details is done on a voluntary basis. Information provided by you has to be filled in truthfully and will be used to offer members the possibility to select members that meet certain characteristics.

You will not use or deploy C4C in:
Illegal acts, the committing of a punishable act and/or actions that are in breach of the valid general standards and values. The advertising of services or products, or to be used for commercial purposes or aims.

You will at all time remain personally responsible and liable for everything you publish and/or communicate on or through C4C.

C4C will check the profiles regular for illegal content such as childporn etc., because C4C will be held responsible for this.

C4C does not assume any liability for damage resulting from the visiting of this site or from the use of information provided on this site. We are furthermore neither liable for the leaking of confidential information, nor for errors in the software and server or network faults.

We do not assume liability for objectionable behaviour of or damage by third parties or C4C members that continue to track you online or offline, or do not comply with C4C’s terms of use.

Subscriptions will be made for a beforehand fixed period and will not be extended automaticly.

Dutch law applies to C4C. In case of a dispute involving C4C, Dutch will be the language used in proceedings. Based on imperative legal stipulations regarding public order the court of Roermond is exclusively authorized to pass judgement, including but not limited to their validity, interpretation, execution and/or termination and the consequences thereof.
